Alta Landing offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with a range of square footages and layouts to choose from.
Units include 9-foot ceilings, custom ivory oak cabinets, platinum granite countertops, stainless Whirlpool appliances, designer tile backsplashes, in-unit full-size washer and dryer, and USB outlets in key locations. Specific finishes and appliance models may vary by floor plan and unit.
The property features a resort-style pool with tanning deck, outdoor kitchen and grill area, fitness center, pet play area, and planned social activities for residents. Shared amenities are described on the community pages and may be subject to rules or reservation requirements.
We welcome up to two pets per home, with a weight limit of 85 lbs/per pet.
Please note that the following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf-hybrid. If your pet is one of these breeds, please reach out to your leasing representative before bringing them on-site.
Important: These breed restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals, which are always welcome regardless of breed.

Residents can make rent payments through the community's online resident portal, where you can set up one-time payments or enroll in autopay for recurring charges; the portal also displays billing statements and payment history. The leasing office accepts certified funds or money orders for in-person payments and can confirm accepted payment methods, due dates, and late fee policies.
